Annette M. Bixler, OTR/L CHT
Annette M. Bixler received her Bachelor of Science degree from Elizabethtown College. She is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. She has been specializing in the field of Occupational Hand Therapy since 1987. She has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1991. She has been an occupational therapist for Commonwealth Orthopaedic Associates since 1995. Special areas of interests include complex and traumatic injuries concentrating on the elbow, hand, and wrist areas.

Daniel D. Borrell received his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and he received his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Neumann College. He has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for 17 years and served as a Certified Athletic Trainer for 10 years for the surrounding area high schools. He has been a staff physical therapist with Commonwealth Orthopaedic Associates for 7 years. He currently serves as the Clinical Site Director at our Exeter facility.

He co-developed the Balance Therapy and Falls Prevention Program at our Exeter facility.
