I was able to get a same day appt to see LeighAnn. Which is typically unheard of for specialists, so I was extremely impressed and grateful for that! However, I remember sitting in the waiting room for at least a half an hour longer than my appt time before being taken to the exam room, which did not make me happy because of the amount of pain I was in. When I got there I was in extreme pain in my neck/left shoulder/and arm. I could hardly move and cried the whole time I was there. When LeighAnn came in to see me, she did everything she could to get me an MRI that same day, which again is unheard of. She had several people working on making calls to my insurance company for approval and to St. Joseph's hospital for my MRI appt. She was so helpful and concerned, she could see I was in a lot of pain. And that means a lot to have a provider care and work hard for their patients. So I am very pleased with her, just not the time it took for me to be seen. When you're in that much pain, sitting there waiting like that is excruciating. But otherwise, I would recommend Commonwealth and LeighAnn, definitely. She made up for the time in the waiting room. Thank you for all you guys did for me!!
